every day,

To nourish your ends, drop two, three drops in your hands, heat and apply to wet or dry hair.

Once a week.

To soothe the scalp and promote growth, apply one to two pipettes over the entire hair, massage gently and leave on for 30 minutes or overnight before washing the hair.
