Where are we located ?

Is there Parking near by?
There is limited on-street parking, or a secure Wilson parking lot at 70 Riley street (5 mins walk)
Does my appointment include a consultation?
All appointments include a detailed consultation.
What do I do if I can't find the time that I am looking for?
QUE encourages you to join our waitlist/cancellation list for the time you want if it is not currently available.
What happens if my appointment needs to be moved?
Please be mindful of your appointment date and time as it may need to be altered due to business needs.
Feel free to jump online and make your account with us to make it easy to view your appointments with us.
Be sure to confirmation and check your appointment date and time on our confirmation notifications
Do I need to pay a deposit?
All new colour clients require a 50% deposit online or over the phone to book in an appointment.
Existing clients require a security deposit of $100 for future colour bookings.
What is the cancellation policy?
We reserve the right to withhold 100% of your deposit should you not meet the QUE cancellation policy.
What happens if I'm late?
If you’re running late up to 15 minutes we will try to amend the service for you.
If you are more than 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule for another day and you will be charged 50% of the service
Do I need to book a cut or blowdry separately to my colour?
Yes, the colour cost does not include a cut or blow dry, these need to be booked separately.

It's important to remember that whilst you can get a rough idea for your cost estimate, we will always give a full quote break down before beginning your service to make sure you are happy :)
How long will I be in the salon?
Depending on the service booked, you may be with us for a few hours!
We have a selection of refreshments available for your stay with us, and you are so welcome to order some uber-eats or food from the lovely cafe next door.
Who will look after me at my visit?
If you are with us for a long colour appointment, you will meet us all in your journey with us!
First you will be cared for by your chosen stylist/colourist for your service. Then you will be looked after at the basin by our amazing junior team, trained by our core team in applying toners, treatments and dry offs too.
Does QUE work on Hair extensions?
No, we do not operate on any hair extensions for cutting, colouring or styling at QUE.
What is an emerging stylist?
Our EMERGING TEAM are in their final stages of the education and all colours are supported by a senior stylist/colourist if needed. They have completed TAFE and are close if not already finished their apprenticeship. They have been trained by Monique and the QUE team on all things QUE, healthy hair and healthy colour.
