With 11 years of experience, Jess brings a mix of UK edge and Aussie sunshine to QUE. Starting out in theatrical hair and makeup before diving into hairdressing, she’s mastered everything from healthy colour transformations to every shade of blonde hair you can dream of. After perfecting her craft in Portsmouth’s coolest salons, Jess moved to Australia in 2023, bringing her passion for glossy, healthy hair, feel-good hair with her. For Jess, the best part of the job is making people feel like the very best version of themselves.

Recently back from Paris fashion week 2025 working on the AJE show with the Wella team.

With 10 years in the industry, Megan brings both creativity and care to every appointment. Starting her career in Wellington, NZ, she’s now made Sydney and QUE home for the past year. Megan loves guiding clients through their own unique hair journey, with a soft spot for chic bobs and glowing golden blonde hair. Career highlights include assisting alongside Monique for Wella’s Get the Gloss in Adelaide, working backstage at Melbourne and Auckland Fashion Week, styling for a New Zealand music video, and even appearing on TV as a guest student stylist. For Megan, hair is all about connection, creativity, and a touch of glamour.

Alison built her craft in Milan, Italy, where she completed her formal hairdressing training. Born in Geelong, Victoria, and fluent in two languages, Across nine years in the industry, she has worked both behind the chair and on stage.

Alison is known for her technical precision, specialising in sharp, tailored cuts and hand-painted balayage that enhances natural movement and tone.

Outside the salon, she’s happiest around animals, immersed in a good film, discovering great food, or seeking out her next excellent coffee.

With over 20 years in the hair industry, Laura is a self-confessed colour nerd, the kind of stylist who gets genuinely excited about a beautiful formulation and can't resist a complex colour challenge.

As a Colour Educator, she's taken her craft on stage across Australia with Davines, and placed 15th in the world in the Davines Talent Greenhouse Colour Competition, a reflection of the precision and creativity she brings to every appointment.

Blondes are her thing (ask her about tone, dimension, or the perfect formulation and settle in), but she's just as at home with corrective colour and bespoke work. What she loves most is getting stuck into a colour and creating something completely tailored to the person in her chair, because no two heads of hair (or clients) are the same.

Victoria’s love for hair started early — shampooing at just 12 years old before jumping into her apprenticeship. Now, with over a year at QUE, she’s built a reputation for making clients feel beautiful and confident. Her career highlights include two years working at Fashion Week, assisting backstage at Wella’s Illumina event, and travelling to Melbourne to be part of the Fashion Week buzz.

When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Victoria chatting away, hitting concerts, shopping on a Thursday night, or at her Nonna’s on Sundays. With a mix of skill, style, and a little sass, Victoria brings both glamour and good vibes to every appointment.

I started my apprenticeship at QUE and am now just about in my 2nd year. I love making people feel good about themself. Im passionate about what I do and love going to the gym and feeling g healthy. My favourite thing to do in the salon right is blow-drying and creating beautiful healthy hair.

Mon began her journey in hair two years ago through a school based apprenticeship, and she's been building her skills and her passion ever since.

What drives her is simple: she loves making people feel good about themselves. Every appointment is a chance to help someone leave feeling a little more confident than when they walked in.

Mon is passionate about learning, always curious, always growing, and is especially focused on creating healthy hair. She's one to watch as she continues developing her craft at Que Colour.

Raff is five months into salon life and loving every minute of it. Still new to the industry, but already constantly watching, learning, and soaking up everything the craft has to offer.

Colour is where Raff's heart is. Long term, the goal is a colour degree and a future as a Master colourist, though Raff is equally committed to building broad, well rounded skills across cuts, foils, and everything in between along the way.

Creativity has always been part of the picture. Raff spent years in three hour art classes every Saturday from age 7 to 15, and now gets to channel that same eye for detail and design into making people feel beautiful in the chair.

Outside the salon, Raff is a certified cat person, a genuine film buff, and has a serious soft spot for old school rock and metal.
