Where are we located ?

Is there Parking near by?
Limited on-street parking is available. Alternatively, there's a secure Wilson car park at 70 Riley Street, just a 5-minute walk away.
Does my appointment include a consultation?
Yes, all appointments include a detailed consultation to discuss your hair goals.
What do I do if I can't find the time that I am looking for?
We encourage you to join our waitlist/cancellation list. If your desired time becomes available, we'll notify you.
What happens if my appointment needs to be moved?
Please be aware that your appointment date and time may occasionally need to be altered due to business needs. We recommend creating an account online to easily view and manage your bookings. Always check your confirmation notifications for the most up-to-date information.
What can I use my Gift Voucher on?
Gift vouchers can be used for services and in-salon product purchases. They cannot be used for deposits and are non-refundable.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, all new colour clients are required to pay a 50% deposit online or over the phone to secure their appointment.
What is the cancellation policy?
We require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any service cancellation. Failure to meet this policy will result in a 100% forfeiture of your deposit.
If you're running up to 15 minutes late, we'll do our best to amend your service. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment for another day, and you will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Does the colour cost include a cut or blowdry?
No, the cost of your colour service does not include a cut or blowdry. These need to be booked separately.
Do you have a Price List?
Yes, you can view our price list by clicking here. Whilst this provides an estimate, we'll always provide a full quote breakdown before beginning your service to ensure you're happy.
How long will I be in the salon?
Depending on your booked service, you might be with us for a few hours! We offer a selection of refreshments during your stay, and you're welcome to order Uber Eats.
Who will look after me during my visit?
For long colour appointments, you'll meet our wonderful team! Your chosen stylist/colourist will start your service, and then our amazing junior team, trained by our core staff, will assist at the basin with toners, treatments, and dry-offs.
Do you work on hair extensions or scalp bleach?
No, we do not offer any scalp bleaching services, nor do we cut, colour, or style hair extensions at QUE.
What is an emerging stylist?
Our Emerging Team members are in the final stages of their education and have completed TAFE or are close to finishing their apprenticeship. They are trained by Monique and the QUE team in all aspects of healthy hair and colour. All colour services performed by an emerging stylist are supported by a senior stylist/colourist if needed.
